Tech Lead (2 Nos):

· Strong 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft VC++/C#/ ASP.NET/XML based projects.

· Product / Application development experience with MS technologies. Has ability to develop applications from concept stage.

· Strong Analytical Skills, Self-driven, able to work independently

· Design experience with working knowledge of design patterns with the ability to code to architectural documentation.

· Experience in SQL programming with SQL Server 2000/2005. Stored Procedures and T-SQL.

· Experience with Windows Server 2003 and IIS - Must have experience with Web Services

· Leading and directing a technical team of developers and providing support for co-developers.

· Coding/building/deploying applications in the .NET environment.

· Writing/ reviewing unit test cases.

· Constantly strive towards improving the performance issues like scalability / maintainability of the product by providing technical inputs wherever needed. Troubleshoot and maintain the existing applications.

· Problem solving skills, ability to solve complex problems.

· Has Excellent Communication, Written/ Verbal skills for managing technical issues.

· Mentor and guide the junior developers in developing and maintaining the various products at various stages of product life cycle.

· Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, on-site /off-shore development model

· Understanding agile software development process.



Sr.Developer(10 Nos):



· Self-motivated Strong 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft C#/VC++/ ASP.NET/XML/Flex based projects

· Product / Application development experience with MS technologies. Has ability to develop applications from concept stage.

· Strong Analytical Skills, Self-driven, able to work independently

· Design experience with working knowledge of design patterns with the ability to code to architectural documentation.

· Strong skills in client-side UI web technologies such as DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XSLT, AJAX, and client-side UI frameworks

· Experience in SQL programming with SQL Server 2000/2005, Stored Procedures, Triggers, UDF and T-SQL.

· Experience with Windows Server 2003 and IIS – and experience with Web Services

· Coding/building/deploying applications in the .NET environment integrating with a C#/ VC++ middle tier.

· Writing/ reviewing unit test cases.

· Problem solving skills and able to work other team members.

· Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, on-site /off-shore development model

· Understanding agile software development process.
